Availability

Our web site is kept as up to date as possible, however an instance may occur when an item your 
order is not in stock.  Should this happen we will inform you as soon as possible to advise you of your options.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP, purchases made outside of the UK will be charged in GBP, your credit or debit card will complete the currency conversion.

Distance Selling Regulations

We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Your Information

We firmly believe that information about you should remain private.  We will not share you information with any other parties.  When processing your payment your credit card details are protected by the processing company such as Paypal.  

If you have choosen to join our mailing list we will only contact you with information regarding special offers and promise to not contact you more than once a month.  At any time you can opt out of receiving this information by following the instructions that will be contained within that email.

Should any paper be printed which includes your name or address which is not used to package your order we promise to shred it to ensure your information is securely destroyed

Notes
Colours may vary from that in photographs and any Jewellery in picture of a storage product is not included in the sale.
Handmade items such as The Accessory Board and Bead Displays may take longer to dispatch.
 Personalised orders are non refundable.
