Postage is Free for UK orders. (If you live overseas and would like to order please email us for an cost of postage) All uk orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Usually items arrive promptly, should you feel your item has taken longer than expected to arrive then please contact us. Royal Mail claims for lost mail can not be made until 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns
Not a Jewellery Box are happy to accept returns providing the following conditions are met:
• You must email us prior to returning an item.
• Items must be returned within 30 Days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, with proof or purchase and in a saleable condition
• You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and we recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery as the goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
• We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
• You will be refunded using the same method as you paid.
